Planning
Whether you're moving into new offices or planning an upgrade of your existing systems we can help from the start
We are able to organise quotes for cabling, phone systems and your computer & server equipment. Our extensive experience working with small businesses helps us to anticipate your requirements and ask the right questions if you don't know where to start.
Planning is the most important phase of any IT system, so please get in touch as soon as possible
Installation
Your installation will be performed by the same engineer(s) that did the planning, to ensure a reliable install.
Using our plan to minimise distruption, we are often able to replace systems while staff work. We are also able to perform weekend or evening installations where necessary.
We will be onsite until the job is done and afterwards to perform testing and offer help to users getting familiar with the system. We are happy with the installation when you are happy
Support
We are happy to support existing or new installations with remote or full onsite support, depending on your budget.
Our service is very active with daily checks on servers and preventative maintenance. We are also used to helping with day to day issues like configuring new users or setting up email accounts.
