SmartPhone
A SmartPhone is essentially a mobile phone that has more functions of a PC. When Push Mail compatible, (typically Windows Mobile 5 or higher) it can be configured to syncronise in close to realtime with a Microsoft Exchange Server.
Rapid Updates on the Move
Email arrives at your office address and is immediately "pushed" to your SmartPhone. Likewise, email can be sent from your phone and will appear in your sent items back in the office. The same applies to contacts, appointments and tasks.
