Remote Support
For a fixed annual charge you can call us whenever you need our help. We will help you over the phone or you can give us control of your PC or server via our secure remote control software. Once we’ve done our work and the session is ended we no longer have access until the next time you choose to let us in. This is a great entry level support and suitable for most common problems.
Preventative Maintenance
Purchased alongside remote support this service is highly recommended for business critical servers. We perform daily checks on supported servers to identify possible issues and deal with them before they affect your business. This also helps keep your systems running efficiently and prevent sluggish performance. Our customers using this service really see the difference and experience far less unnecessary disruption.
Onsite Support
Purchased alongside Remote Support (and Preventative Maintenance in the case of servers) this service provides you with complete piece of mind; by allowing our engineers to visit your offices if needed, to fix issues that can’t be dealt with remotely. For supported servers we also include use of our recovery software and equipment worth £500 for the lifetime of your contract. This allows us to take daily snapshots of your entire server making restoration very fast if needed. With working hardware the system can often be restored to the last snapshot in minutes rather than the several hours it would otherwise take! We are not aware of any other IT service providers that offer this at no extra charge within their onsite support.
