Our Technical Ability
Priority 1 is the technical capability of our engineers. All our technical staff have to meet industry certifications as well as prove their skills in our own in house training before we let them near your equipment. Training is ongoing a rigorous to ensure we understand the newest technologies available. When you ask us to work on your computers or servers you can rest assured they're in safe hands.
Our Customer Focus
It is extremely important to us that you feel comfortable when you speak to us. Most often we're dealing with Managing Directors or Office Managers. Busy people who need to focus on running their business not getting hung up on IT problems. We understand that IT isn't your top priority and you just want it to work! We won't bombard you with jargon but will advise you in plain English focusing on the benefits rather than technical features of an IT implementation.
