Who are we?
We are a family business based in Bordesley (South Birmingham). Since 2003 we've been supporting local businesses with their IT requirements and have grown to include a comprehensive service portfolio, working towards our goal of being a one stop shop for business IT services and computer support.

We believe in providing a professional, friendly service. Our reputation for quality is extremely important to us and we like to be known for our excellent customer service and technical ability. We understand that our customers are not IT experts and they want things explained clearly in a language they can understand.

Our service is tailored to the needs of small businesses. We are used to being called by MDs and managers rather than IT staff. Because of this, we don't focus on technical jargon or industry buzz words. It's our job to understand the technology, not the job of our customers.
